- Awesome friendly coworkers who are very supportive of each other. Feels like family!
- Great office atmosphere, lots of sports fans so lots of snacks on game days, and occasional Mariner's private suite outings, free lunch during company meetings and birthday celebrations...
- No office politics/drama!

Nothing! I have worked for many real estate companies before including Greystar/Riverstone (Greyriver), Pinnacle or American Management ("Dysfunctional" family of companies), FPI, AMC, Pillar, Blanton Turner... and I can confidently say I have never been happier anywhere else. =)

ZERO. This company has nothing to offer that is positive to anyone.

SLUM-LORDS. The hire a management staff that basically consist of nearly jobless employees that live within the buildings they need management. Then PCR does ZERO when these employees steal from their residents. They are constantly invading tenants privacy laws and sneaking around in residents business whenever they see fit. They were a nightmare to work with and for as a former employee and have ZERO morals. BTW: Where did their YELP reviews (too many to mention) from hell run off to? Looks like they managed to get this page taken down. Let's bring it back!!!!!

No consistency with policies, very tense and negative office environment, little or no training or growth opportunities. No clear or conflicting direction given, which constantly leads to being set up to fail . Be prepared to overwork without being compensated. Corporate office is the worst, no follow through with their word, and no integrity. Very difficult to mediate problems, often times there is no resolution. Overall inconsiderate and rude upper management. This is a TOXIC environment, run from this place, you do NOT want to work here!
