Toxic work environment

Do not apply.
The management does not treat people well. They resort to intimidation and humiliation to keep staff engaged. The “tone at the top” is poisonous to the company.
Turnover is high for a small company and people get fired on a whim even if they have longevity in the company. Most people are running scared every day.
The company would be great if the 5 people who ruin it stepped aside.
The expectation for the amount of compensation is not worth it. Look for another opportunity this place is toxic.

A lot of great employees led by terrible management
|
Save yourself the trouble of applying to a job that involves working at HQ or communicating directly to upper management. Office is a toxic work environment with little training for new employees that sets most people up for failure. HR is known for being shady and not providing expected support to employees. Lots of turnover even though they say there isn't.

Most of the People are nice
|
One of the current managers is very odd to say the least and difficult to deal with. It's unfortunate as it could of been a great position for growth, but it's one of those places where if you don't know something someone does, they treat you like an idiot rather than trying to help someone and help them grow, like a good mentor does. This happens a lot in IT and it's too bad as this could of been a really good place to work, but unfortunately is not. Maybe if management changes, but as of 2019, I cannot recommend this as a good place of employment. I did meet some really nice people during my time there and did enjoy talking and getting to know some of them. However, the people they hire are the same as their personalities and so, they tend to have the same condescending like minded people working there and if you don't know what they know, you are considered beneath them.
