POOR MANAGEMENT AND ILLEGAL ACTIVITY | It was a real slack environment since it was a small office with 1099 employment. | The head owner of the company falsified an income statement/projections so that I could qualify to rent an apartment in L.A. He said that there are people in my department who make $3k/mo. I quit a full time job that paid benefits in order to take this part-time job, which you can supposedly earn full-time income. HE LIED!! I was his top producer for over two years and I never saw anyone make anything close to that, not even half that. He also once took me into his office and to my surprise he handed me some marijuana when I didn't ask him for any. (This was back when it was still recreationally illegal.) He screamed at employees as he fired them and ran around the office saying "you're fired!"
