The worst place to join as a fresher. The office politics is so much so that you will sit back resolving the toxic relations with the team members. The worst i witnessed was that the publisher encouraging all of this nuisance rather than sorting out things between his team members. There is no sort of formal training provided. So the ones who will be teaching out things are your colleagues and not even your senior or manager, who will see you as a competition and try to hinder your growth rather than helping you understand and grow in the role. Moreover, the management has no vision of where the company is going. They hire people, restructure the organization then they see that this is not working and start laying off people again.
