Le travail commence pratiquement à 8h pour 16h pour les employés administratifs. J'ai eu de l"opportunité de développer mes compétences en planification, en gestion des ressources humaines et financière, dans le suivi-évaluation et dans la bonne gouvernance. La gestion de conflits avec certaines parties prenantes était l'un des points apparemment difficile, mais c'était également un moyen de renforcement personnel pour la gestion de problème quotidien. L'aspect le plus agréable était la possibilité de définir l'heure, la nature et les séquences de activités à faire tout en respectant la qualité, la nature et l"échéance des outputs a fournir.
