The company has huge problems in the management area. From managers that no one knows how they got the job and how they keep it to always bending the requirements to please the client without rethinking the schedule.

- very simple access to the higher levels of the hierarchy;
- all the salary comes in time and don't have any problems with overtime rates.

- most of coordinators and managers are not mature enough and have lack of experience;
- most of coordinators and managers are former technical with no experience to lead the team;
- the company forces the employees to make overtime to achieve the aggressive schedule elaborated by the project manager;
- most of project managers have no knowledge of the technology;
- most of project managers does not consult the team or leaders to estimate the deliveries;
