The fully remote and "work from anywhere" options are better than anywhere I have worked before. The HR team works to engage all employees even though many of them have never met. Our team is the most engaged and support team I have ever had. Compensation is great with salary, WFH allowance, RRSP matching and extensive extended health including Health Spending account. Stock options and other investment opportunities.

You need to be proactive when you are remote....this I like. As we support our clients and take some risks for them, we can get pulled back to policy unfortunately. :( There is a part of company growth that is not being recognized - increases in annual renewals (some significant) that are not compensated for the work and negotiation involved.

Product and learing curve is good. My performance is really good but did not get any hike more than 2 years even I asked to my manager for same. They have only process to increase compensation but did not do anything.

A really dedicated HR team that goes above and beyond to protect the best interests of their staff and ensure that people are "engaged". Strong emphasis on collecting employee feedback and making actionable changes if possible. High employee retention (some people have worked there between 5-10 years)

Good product, people were great and nice location in Vancouver. Enjoyed my time there. Made some good relationships and had a few good wins. When COVID hit and the world was concerned about still being employed they were quick to dispel any fears and we adjusted quickly to WFH and embraced Zoom like everyone else. It was a nice touch to help everyone feel at ease.
