It was amazing at first, but Leadership is not transparent

*Team mates make you feel good while working with them. *There's always something to do. *Onsites were amazing.
|
*One of the leaders spent more time talking about people at their backs, also used their power to act entitled and be rude. *Each leader has their vision and often conflicts with others, and they don’t come to clear agreements. *No clear path on new features or handle tech debt. *Promises were made and none were fulfilled. *The new merge with other company brought changes that aren’t clear for people, decisions seemed to be taken on the go. *New leadership has ZERO empathy for their employees.

WFH, some good and limited perks, no camera required in most meetings, it is diverse, and good work/life balance.

Health insurance is atrocious for individuals and even worse for families, it is extremely expensive, pay is below average, the few clients are about to churn and the platform crashes often. The outlook for this company is grim and challenging, hope they do make some good sales, otherwise the ship will sink.
