The global reach makes for a diverse team and the opportunity to work remote full-time is valuable. Everyone is incredibly selfless with their time and energy and no one has ever complained about going out of their way to help out a mate. Leadership did a great job adjusting to the pandemic. Good maternity / paternity leave and a growing focus on family importance and work / life balance. A global team means there can be calls that exist outside of the typical 9-5. Institutional knowledge / memory is scattered and documentation of system behaviour can be hard to track down, especially when people leave. Pay is decent. Pandemic has been hard on Finance.
