It makes marketing,/selling and working to constantly improve our tech, product and services an exciting challenge that would be hard to find elsewhere. The culture is fun - very casual, open floor plan, team bonding events, stocked fridge/cabinets, free Friday lunches, etc. There's also a lot of upward mobility if you work hard and prove yourself. I have been at Paintzen for just a few months now and I couldn't imagine a better job! There have been so many learning opportunities both in my field and in the business in general.
