Great environment, nice teams

Inclusive, dynamic but considerate work environment. Supportive and fair. Great team spirit. Holidays and working hours /flexibility have both been improved and the team are pretty happy with these changes. They have already considered and set out the "ideal" for coming back into the office and this was communicated last Dec 2020. Also they are introducing an employee engagement tool which will cover wellbeing as well as performance. They're clearly wanting to invest in the team.

Due to remote working, not getting to meet the wider team. Benefits could be a little broader but it is being reviewed.

The team leads check in on their teams regularly. This is really beneficial and hope it carries on once we are all back in. Hope SMT continue to be involved as they are now. IWD 2021 was great as it highlighted the staff -an aspect of D & I that had not been acknowledged before -was well planned and delivered in a positive way. and supported top down.

It's great to see people so invested in the product they are working to create. I believe this stems from every member of the team feeling a sense of ownership and being able to directly contribute to building something great.
We are lucky to have an active founder who cares so deeply about our community and the direction of the product. He is incredibly approachable and takes time to make everyone feel heard.
There is a laid back office atmosphere that allows for a work environment not found anywhere else in the North East.
