Gretat team, but this has to do with the (not valued) individuals who work(ed) there and not with the management level, which contributes nothing to it and only worries about numbers. Very low salary, while the expectations towards employees are very high, but are not valued. Management has no idea who actually works for them and they don't care. After a large part of the team was fired from one day to the next, big promises were made that were never kept and the communication was simply non-existent. Requests to the management for concrete information and agreements were just ignored. Of course, this creates a bad working atmosphere in which one does not feel comfortable. They pay peanuts. Really, nobody should be working in Berlin for so little. I did it, though, for a year and a half, but they decided to get rid of the biggest part of my team and give the job to the cheapest freelancers, trainned by us.
