Always using the latest and greatest technology, and you get to see some pretty sweet cars. Very fair pay for a job that doesn't require any sort of degree. In regards to personal/home life, upper management cares a lot about their employees and will go out of their way to help whenever they can. You are constantly being micromanaged by both middle and upper management. Simple mistakes are met with harsh criticism and upper management can be corrosive and degrading and that negativity can be very hard to leave at work. Any sort of initiative and/or creativity is regarded as "making your own rules" and is harshly frowned upon. Rifts between middle and upper management are not very well hidden and can make for a very tense work environment. We feel it is important to communicate with employees proactively, whether those conversations are considered positive or negative, everyone is entitled to their perspective. That said, we are always looking to improve, and one of the ways for us to do that is to receive feedback from our staff during their employment here. One of the pros you listed references our thorough documentation process, which covers in great detail the expectations and job duties associated with the position, so it's unfortunate that you feel we were somehow dishonest during the interview process. I would say we are very open about the expectations of any position here. For example, our job adds are very descriptive and we have nothing to hide during the interview process as we are more than open about any questions any applicant may have and we welcome those questions.
