Relaxed job. Easy to get away with doing very little.

Decision-making at this company is entirely arbitrary. The sales team churns through heads, while the investment team leads, Dynamic in particular, have performed horribly without consequence. Massive AUM lost and more than 100% personnel turnover, yet still sticks around.
