Strange, predatory bonus structure; no reporting to track alignment with goals; goals changed at inappropriate and unfair times; frequently-changing team leadership that is not experienced or trained for the level of management they are doing; no or terrible people management; absolutely no growth; agents are baited and gaslit; Secretive lay-offs to save money. Product is hardly supported on the back-end, so troubleshooting and helping customers is exhausting. It is not uncommon for agents to have meltdowns from the anxiety and pressure.

No growth and backstabbing culture
|
This job was advertised as an opportunity to make some impact and grow, in reality, people are plain executors and depend on whether the manager likes them personally or not. No chance for growth or communication improvement combined with pretty untransparent processes leads to high churn, especially in the last half a year. Some people are brilliant but the general culture is far from pleasant.
Think unrealistic PIP, sudden firing of people, and not friendly atmosphere in quite some teams. It’s not the place it was and it keeps changing for worse.

You'll learn a lot about the industry, but you'll wonder why some people on your team were even hired. The gems that you do work with will teach you a lot but leave you more complacent once you've learned what you needed. My advice would be to learn as much as you can so you can move on to an employer that will value your work properly.

PandaDoc has a great product and is not new to the idea of working from home. I believe many companies struggle with the transition but PandaDoc is very familiar with this idea and takes great care of their employees.
The job typically includes consistent interactions with customers. Having basic technical knowledge can allow you to be a hero for many of our customers. The success roles are best filled by people who are able to explain technical concepts in a non technical way. The best way I can describe this is individual customer training for the most part. Keeping good records and notes is a STRONG must to be one of the top performers.
Advanced technical knowledge is very help for technical support roles. You will need to be familiar with the applications PandaDoc integrates with as well as a polished understanding of how PandaDoc works. If you are tech savvy AND interested in sales, there are a lot of lucrative opportunities for employment at PandaDoc on the sales team!
PandaDoc gives you access to an array of technical applications that can be used in similar careers moving forward. In addition to experience with the PandaDoc application, you will use applications such as Salesforce, Slack, Zendesk, Zapier and even more that PandaDoc integrates with or uses internally.
The workplace culture at PandaDoc is teamwork. Everyone is accepted for who they are and many friendships are created!
The hardest part of the job can be inherently influenced by remote work. The most difficult thing can be synchronizing with multiple teams to achieve a goal. If I was asked what I would improve at PandaDoc it would be better processes. There are changes that could be done to make processes more efficient and reliable.
The most enjoyable part of working at PandaDoc was developing skills that I can use moving forward and even apply to my own personal life. The ramp time can seem overwhelming but you come out of it with a lot of confidence and knowledge you cannot get anywhere else!
