The hours could be shorter, the workload could be lighter, but i if you see those things as total downsides and not as challenges, then Panna may not be the place for you. It's a very comfortable environment, particularly for a start-up. As long as you deliver, you're good. There's no weirdness where you feel like you have to be in the office 80 hours a week to keep up appearances. Everyone's good about keeping time-suck meetings to a minimum so people can get their actual jobs done. Management is highly accessible, and has always been quick to address to any concerns. We've been offering out of a pretty lame shared tech startup space. There hasn't been enough room for us and the vibe is pretty uninspiring. Brow beat and humiliate their employees. Vulgarity and threats of violence are daily events.
