Great People!! Great Technology; Great Office and Location and really cool technology!

Weak Executive Management; Mediocre pay for efforts required; Sub standard compensation plans; Dysfunctional Board which leads to further dysfunction in the Executive team which is already weak.
Company lack leadership and direction as Executive team is out of touch with the market; missing key partner relationships with VmWare and Citrix…
