The office is fun, the people are great, the product is awesome. The workloads are ridiculous. If you take a position at Panopto plan to have an active queue of 85+ tickets. Not uncommon for support folks to have 100-120+ tickets. May not sound like much until you realize that those are all ACTIVE tickets. They are not touch and forget.
