The Carmel office can be a bit of a commute for employees located downtown.

Good people. Lots of developmental activities. Management makes an effort to help you grow and learn.

Limited room for job advancement in some departments. Not uncommon for people to stay for just a few years and then seek job opportunities at other companies.

Convenient location, awesome work environment and wonderful people. The technical side of the business is very strong and they are currently putting a lot of effort into marketing and sales - areas that had been neglected under old ownership.

Some departments are isolated from other areas in the company. While it's true that everyone is busy, it would be nice to have more frequent interactions between departments.

Great people, managers care about employees. Used to be good work-life balance.
