A great company that is surely underestimated due to major companies like Samsung and LG. Focuses a great deal on R&D and has been continuously making fabulous smartphones.

Because the company is medium sized, the future of this company is quite risky. It made the right choice to go all in for android and give up windows 3 years ago, but who knows what will happen in the future.

Company is giving a good benifit when employee do a great job. there are so many great assets such as good people and able engineers and good manager as well.

not enough opportunity to share new technology or experienced knowledge. management was failed a few years ago due to forcely expanding the comany.
