Great coworkers. There's a reason that most of the employees have worked there for so long. It's a team environment where when mistakes are made, the focus is resolving them and not spending massive amounts of time placing blame. It's family owned and the owner and his son (production manager) really care about the business and the employees. They are always available to listen and help if you utilize that availability. The product is also quality and they truly care about that quality. Compensation was fair. The inter-employee communication isn't as solid as it could be. There is the typical complaining behind backs, but when it gets too bad, management is always accessible to help resolve any issues. Unlike any other place I've worked, I've really enjoyed my time there and liked everyone. They treat each other with respect and they work hard to keep their customers happy and the company has a fun and freindly feel to it. Panther Printing claims to have the best people in the industry and I believe that they really do. It was a great place to work and I miss being there. Step down as GM and let your son run the company before he starts picking up all of your bad traits, and poor decision making. Narcissists are notorious for placing blame on other people and not on themselves. Even when they clearly and definitely did something wrong, they cannot - and will not - accept responsibility. With that said, the reason 3/5's of your sales team resigned in less than 30 days is not because of their failures or shortcomings, it's because of YOU, the choices YOU make, and the environment YOU create.
