Panzer Management & the HR Team they will just take the the document which are Original SSC 10th Memo and they will take sign an Agreement the contract will be 1 years after a candidate who have completed their duration period and if he wants to leave the office. If he or she went to HR they will say to Him or Her to pay 01 Lakh or 02 Months salary what ever he was getting currently.If we dont want to pay them those money they will not give us those document and experience letter.
So please guys be aware of this if you are going to Join in Panzer ITS A BIG NO FROM MY END PLEASE...
Go and work for that company who will understand you.I have worked their for 5 years and when I asked them that I don’t want to continue so they asked me to pay two months salary.

They will deduct lot of money from their salary if a employee is taking one day leave they will deduct 2 day or 1.5 LOP from their salary.
