Learn and grow from each other's work. Management is really driven, yet willing to listen. I've been in the industry for over a decade, and I couldn't say more about this great company!

Amazing team, open and transparent leadership, great tech, spectacular culture where everybody has a voice and ability to be creative! I have worked in tech for over 10 years, both for small companies and the big guys. This environment by far is the best I have worked in. Everybody is is encouraged to be themselves, "bring their weird", vocalize their ideas and challenge status-quo thinking. Leadership actively encourages home life balance and puts their people first. C-Suite is full of energy and passion, it's contagious. Very inspiring and fun place to work!

Panzura is in rapid growth phase, which means there have been a lot of change in the form of new hires in leadership, process/system changes, initiative revamping, etc. From my purview, I was hired right after the acquisition and knew what I was in for. I have seen these changes as positive, but could understand how this could possibly be frustrating to some personalities that were used to the old structure or may struggle with change/adaptability. The revised culture here is no BS, high-octane, high-energy and extremely determined. The work is challenging and very fast-paced. Certainly not for everyone!

They don't pay for deals you work on. The new leaders take deals from you at the 11th hour and say they are house accounts - Bad for Internal people who work their tail off and don't pay.
A lot of client issues to make the software work. They need a SI partner to help them make the software somewhat functional.
