No WLB at all.

Toxic work culture!! CEO cannot make mindful decisions. HAS NO CLUE about how to implement changes. Every single tech rollout or structure change was a mess. No training, benefits have been stripped (all while spending millions on a Super Bowl commercial that aired in only ONE market!), commissions not paid out according to the offer letter. Only 10 days of maternity leave. CEO and the leadership team try to micromanage the US team while having NO concept of the US team needs or bandwidth( like they care that we were all overworked). No work-life balance. Poor communication. Many colleagues on the sales team were bullies and were rewarded for inflating their deals. STAY AWAY!!!! It is usually exciting to see women as CEO’s but this one is so disappointing and out of touch. The complete ineptitude trickles down through every facet of the company and many of us were left overworked and underpaid. NO GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES
