Was there a short time (seasonal position), but it was an amazing place to work. The environment is welcoming and fun and encouraging. You want to work hard, so that you can have everyone succeed. 10/10 would recommend. 0.0 0.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 Jan 27th, 2021 09:05PM Mar 19th, 2021 07:55PM Paper Culture Personal Goods

Lots to learn with plenty of training to make sure you are ready once it starts getting busy. Managers and core team members are very approachable for help and questions. 0.0 0.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 1.0 3.0 5.0 Jan 27th, 2021 09:05PM Mar 20th, 2021 05:49PM Paper Culture Personal Goods

Everyone there is so supportive and involved. The workplace culture is a perfect balance between productivity and fun. Management and the CEO are always there to help and are always so involved with day-to-day activities. 0.0 0.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 Jan 27th, 2021 09:05PM Mar 20th, 2021 01:20PM Paper Culture Personal Goods
private:paperculture https://www.indeed.com/cmp/paper-culture/reviews Jul 28th, 2019 12:00AM Open Open Open Paper Culture Production Artist & Sales Advocate Millbrae, CA USA Fast and Efficient I was hired during their seasonal time. During the 2 months that I worked for them, I learned a lot about their software and their customers. The working environment is open like a computer lab, where your co-worker is sitting right next to you. It is different and for people who are not bothered by an open environment like that, it is great to work and create a network. Though it was short lived, it was a great experience. 1.0 0.0 4.0 3.0 5.0 3.0 3.0 3.0 Jan 27th, 2021 09:05PM Mar 19th, 2021 08:47PM Paper Culture Personal Goods

There are a lot of other creative people to get to know and work with. They place a heavy importance on a happy work environment and do quite well at delivering. I would totally work here again, and recommend the seasonal position to anyone starting off in their career. positive environment, free snacks, lot f creative people long hours sitting at your computer 1.0 0.0 4.0 5.0 4.0 4.0 3.0 5.0 Jan 27th, 2021 09:05PM Mar 19th, 2021 09:11PM Paper Culture Personal Goods
private:paperculture https://www.indeed.com/cmp/paper-culture/reviews Feb 26th, 2018 12:00AM Open Open Open Paper Culture Seasonal Production Artist & Customer Service Millbrae, CA USA Very comforting environment & management full of positivity + sharing of knowledge Typical day is to brief with the whole team before the shift starts for daily goals, troubleshooting consistent problems from previous days, important announcements, etc; basically getting the whole team understood on the day to day basis. Afterwards you go straight to your desk and get to work. It's pretty straight forward work editing/finalizing graphics and photos. While it may sound one dimensional, the fun comes when you interact with your coworkers either by making chit chat or working together to solve a design problem. The environment is really lax as well so there's usually music being played in the back. As long as you are doing your part of work, you can multitask and converse moderately with your peers. Speaking upon seasonal, once the holidays really kick in near a close the environment becomes a lot more studious however and there's a bit more pressure on pounding out the production - however you never feel like you are under appreciated and it's a fairly rewarding experience. Management does a great job making sure the team bonds as well, to name a few: one paid coffee break with a partner, no strict break/lunch times, knowledge/advice talks from management on their respective roles, holiday party, video game room, etc. The hardest part is probably getting used to the shifts once the holiday rush starts, morning shifts run as early as 6am. In contrast, night shifts run until 10pm. Most enjoyable part is the variety of creatives coming from different backgrounds and skill sets that you eventually meet and bond with. Great management, unlimited snacks/drinks, positive/helpful environment, not micro managed A bit unusual hours, holiday rush 0.0 0.0 5.0 4.0 5.0 4.0 3.0 5.0 Jan 27th, 2021 09:05PM Mar 19th, 2021 10:03PM Paper Culture Personal Goods
private:paperculture https://www.indeed.com/cmp/paper-culture/reviews Jan 8th, 2018 12:00AM Open Open Open Paper Culture Production Assistant & Customer Service Advocate Millbrae, CA USA A great place to gain experience... Although this job position was temporary, I gained valuable experience while working here. There were a bit of frustrations with scheduling and payroll, but the issues seemed to be resolved fairly quickly. My only issue is the amount of time spent on daily beginning of shift meetings versus the amount of time spent on training for customer service roles. Perhaps more time spent training instead of yammering on for almost 25 to 30 mins at the beginning of the shift might make things a bit smoother. relaxed atmosphere, management is very approchable beginning of shift meetings run long, training for certain roles seem to be lacking 0.0 0.0 3.0 4.0 3.0 0.0 4.0 4.0 Jan 27th, 2021 09:05PM Mar 20th, 2021 02:04PM Paper Culture Personal Goods
