Good pay, ok benefits, great people. Mostly guaranteed pay and 2 weeks of paid vacation per year to start.

They will pull your guaranteed pay at a drop of a hat. The trucks and trailers are old and not well maintained cng so you must me vigilant in your pre/post trips.

Home weekly
Just changed to weekly guaranteed $1000 gross if you're not late to drops and always available for work
|
Home weekly is for a 34hr reset only. You may get more time home, and I get home for a night during the week fairly often, but they only guarantee you 34hr at the house every week.
$1000 weekly gross can be taken away even if they screw up and you dont play along. Told dispatch I wasnt going to leave for a broker load until they got the information because I had spent several hours the previous day trying to get info for the load. They dropped my guaranteed gross for that week because of it.
No matter what they say, you are a number and they dont truly care about their drivers.
Main office leaves at 1600 and overnight extended is basically useless if you have a problem. There's not communication between the two.

You guys have to take a more active approach, you can't just sit back and wait for things to go wrong. I watched otr guys come through after having checked every other site in town for empties, over and over again. None to be found. You have to get out and take an active approach, you can't just hole up and wait for problems to happen.
