New management in place. Processes and procedures are being put in place. It’s no longer a free for all. Human Resources. We went from one extreme to another. HR does not respond timely and they aren’t people friendly. They’re unapproachable. They sit in their offices with the door closed all day. They don’t give new hires a warm welcome feeling. Communication is poor. They’re still living in their rigid military world and that doesn’t always work in the real world. Otherwise, keep improving processes and procedures, control spending and continuously look for ways to make improvements and gain efficiencies. This company has come a long way.
