Easily some of the smartest and most creative people around. Growing at a pretty rapid pace but still retaining the small agency feel. Awesome work-life balance. The President is such a great guy. He really cares about the people who work there and wants to make sure everything that goes out the door is something everyone there would stand behind. Zero micromanaging. If you are hired there, people know you are talented and can handle yourself without something breathing down your neck. Very relaxed and laid back office culture. Ability to work remotely helps tremendously with work/life balance. My stress level since starting here has gone down considerably. The culture encourages collaboration and professional development with many opportunities to jump in. A diverse (and evolving) roster of clients has also brought fresh projects, new thinking and opportunities to grow.
