The company has grown a lot recently and is experiencing both the benefits of new positions and more people, with the challenges of trying to innovate while being the busiest they have ever been. Management roles seem challenging, and there are a lot of variable positions that fall under the category "distribution coordinator" (which I am). The company maintains a degree of start-up energy while still growing into their more corporate identity. Things like Rat-a-tat blasted over the loudspeakers while we fulfill orders before Fed-ex comes at 7:30 to pick it all up is fun. At the same time the day-to-day can get monotonous doing generally the same task as warehouse work tends to be. There are a lot of fun people that make this job more enjoyable, and it is generally a younger group working in the warehouse. Understaffed, expect to handle high volume of orders on your own.
