I worked in the shipping area. It can be stressful at the end of the day when all the orders come to be sent out but we made the best of it. I liked my coworkers a lot and it was busy so the time went by quickly. I worked 40-45 hours each week and I liked the few hours of overtime pay I got. It can be overwhelming at first but my manager was very patient and everyone was very helpful. It is very laid back there and you are not micro managed so the people that actually want to work and succeed need to be self motivated. There are always people that try to get away with doing nothing and managers are so busy they sometimes don't see it. This is a good place to start your career and learn alot. I am very grateful for the opportunity they gave me knowing I had little experience when they hired me. Management is very relaxed and laid back and quite friendly to the employees. Lots of diversity in the work place when it comes to culture, you'll hear multiple different languages and music around the offices and floor. The management was awefull and I don't like saying this either but it's the truth.
