I never feel that I am working in an office, the environment and work culture is really very friendly with that you always surrounded by the passionate people having the ability to learn and explore the more knowledge.

Open to hear out and implement new processes, employee friendly environment. I have been working for a year now and it still seems if have an opinion there are eager ears who would listen and take it ahead for good ideas.
I joined Parallel based on my conversations with Mr. Michael Dash and one of his valued consultant. Also, the Core Values Parallel indulges an individual meets my personal values. The company and CEO, Michael Dash allows to bring the best out of us to reach a path to success. He does dig into matters as required to straighten the situation. This is the fact most of the negative comments picture on this page. Not everyone understands that processes, training, and leads/managers are in place to make things easier, but people make it harder for themselves. If even 50% of the core values are followed by each employee, they can bring value to themselves and ultimately to the company. Great competitive incentive structure. Overall, respect your work and workplace and you will gain the same.

A lot of negative comments talk about the company and rarely do these facts talk about the negative attitude of the people who had been a part of the organization in the past and still want to stay a part of downgrading the company after leaving.
Every company is built not just by good business but with great employees. Some negative elements just want to put out their failures and non-performance by the easiest way out; "Blaming the company". Some of these individuals just want to believe that they were treated as "Trash" and that the company doesn't care. If this is a fact, then the company will not hire anyone and just function without any employees. However, these elements are just a part of an ungrateful and unhappy piece of the puzzle.
Few of these folks have good capabilities but used in the wrong department. Even after leaving the company, the only thing that gives happiness to them is not their success in their new roles, but gossiping and provoking their ex-colleagues and spoiling the company environment. These folks forget all the support they received when things weren't working out or they were under-performing or most importantly when the cheated the company and still were given a chance. There will be something missing in every company, we as an employee are responsible to voice out our opinion and be heard. However, the conversation is done only with the people who will not have a resolution and here rise the great gossippers who want to bad-mouth the credentials of the company and people currently working here.

My advice will be to the team I'm currently working with. Stay positive and keep working, no one else but your own work will back you up end of the day. For the Ms.and Mr. who have a problem with CEO asking ex-employees/employees to review the company: Ms./Mr. if it's professional and completely fine for an ex-employee/employee/colleague to ask for a recommendation on Social networking, how is this approach any different? How hypocritic.

Its ruined by management specially Indian Management body. So no Pros till management is changed.

Let go of the leader for the office business to thrive as a separate entity and brand. The longer he stays, the more impulsive decisions are being made and more management staff will leave. Manager and Leads treat employees like TRASH and then wonders why they all leave within a month. Terrible management. Often changing and confusing rules and regulations. Noisy, uncomfortable, and nonproductive work environment. Understaffed and financially challenged company. Many good people laid off due to financial troubles saying “we cannot afford your salary anymore”.
Not a good place to work. India team heads were really pathetic for the business side. Very Poor management in certain departments. Rubbish systems leading to Mind-numbing work. No progression and expanding skillset, just repetitive work.
The firm is already building a negative reputation with recruiters/headhunters who are hiring staff for the team and then finding that those staffs are leaving.

Michael Dash (President & CEO) cares about his employees and manages to give maximum accessibility to the candidate market. I was there for more than a year and if someone would've told me work could be this awesome I wouldn't have believed them. If you have a problem, suggestion, etc Michael Dash is always there to hear you out and come to the best possible solution. PHR is growing leaps and bounds, I'm glad I got to be a part of it.

Over the years you actually had some decent people working here, hard working and smart. There was an unwritten rule that if you disagree with the CEO you were not a team player. Currently all the above mentioned good people have left the company. Advise to current Management - Keep your resume updated and keep looking for a better place to work while collecting a paycheck for Parallel.
The CEO - Michael Dash is a horrible leader, his customers are leaving in droves. The few customers he has left are only with him because they are drinking buddies. He feels it's okay to speak behind peoples back and to put blame on his failing business on anyone else but himself.
