Commisions end when your employment ends.....Initial training consisted of sitting with BDM for 8-10 hrs. No follow up training or support for the most part. No chance for advancement as most senior management has been on board forever and several of management positions have been filled by executive team family members. Looks as if they have hit a platue in sales the last 3-4 years....revenue consistent over this time period no real growth. The HR Manager is the owners wife. Try to make a complaint to HR when the manager is the owners wife?!?
