Lower level roles are easy to fill. Sr level are a hard close when going up against the big OEM's. Management is tough, depending on the team. Most enjoyable are the relationships, team members keep the work environment exciting.

Those who live close by, will spend less time in their cars, will feel relieved by shorter commute. If you are in a career phase nearing retirement, then its the place to be.

Paramit offers less than average Silicon Valley companies do; flacky employment, project based. I used to wonder why majority of the mature and highly experienced professionals keep leaving, but now I have realized why. At Paramit, people are treated unfairly, vary widely in age, mental capacity, and experience; making this a uni-cultural melting pot of sadness! There are clicks; not the people who simply care about making an impact in the medical device manufacturing and contract design industry. Our core values are unknown. This is a place for everyone willing to work under bad management, as there some opportunities for a plethora of skills. The best part is you can work hard, but your destiny and opportunity are based on budget coming from customers, layoff, etc. Too many managers, directors, I often wonder what they actually do..... Most of them lack technical competency, they are in the roles of enforcers and accounts receivables, penny counters is another good term to describe them.
