Inspiring leadership and a product that we all believed in. At the time, we were spread out team over 5 cities. Good places to get lunch or some beers. -Free parking in safe garage. -The business is interesting and challenging. I had fun working on the project. -Everybody in the office worked well together, no big issues there. -Benefits are included. -Salary is ok, 10% under national average. -Culture is driven by the highest-ranked employee in the office- most of the time it was very dry, lame, and awkward. -They went out of their way to ignore the recruiting office to avoid paying them the commission! Very shady. -The office set up is cramped. Ask for your own desk and space. -I suggested a few ideas and they were all ignored. But suddenly the next morning, a manager thinks of if and everyone jumps for joy. Yes, it's that type of culture. -They will hire you as full-time but actually, they plan to fire you in less than 3 months. Ask for a contract with start date and end date and let a lawyer see it. -Low leadership experience, and weak collaboration. -1.0 NEGATIVE 6.0 3.0 1.0 2.0 2.0 1.0 1.0 973953 Open 0.0 [] No No 0.0 Mar 30th, 2021 05:29PM Mar 30th, 2021 05:29PM ParkJockey Financial Services
