Other than that nothing. Students who physically and sexually assault staff regularly. Administration who prioritizes profit over the safety of students and staff You will not have the support of admin in parent disputes Unprofessional Principal who swears at her employees. No teaching resources. The building literally smells like poop most of the year. There are sewer issues Nails in the parking lot. I patched or replaced 3 tires in a year... kids will vandalize cars when they run from the building. High employee turniver Not enough 1:1 paras making the school non compliant with IEPs. Employee incentives go to the same 4-5 people every month No duty free lunch or plan and you are required to stay 1.5 hours past students. RUN. None, but there is a five word minimum. never mentioned before co-teacher, inappropriate staff relationships and behavior, no breaks, no prep time, long hours, low pay, each lunch with students even. Noncompliant in IEP's and lie about any sort of data. They have no curriculum at all. They have no resources at all. The teachers do what they can but admin does not care at all about teachers or staff unless their in their "clique." What they care about even less than staffing is their students. Its a scam from the moment a potential student and/or their guardian(s) walk through the door. All around terrible. Over 50% turn over rate of new teachers every year. Even though they told me at interview out of the blue that "a teacher hasn't left here in two years"....okay sureeee....STAY AWAY -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE 2.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1164594 Open Step down.
