The freelancing gig was two months and I believe a test trial with them to get a full time position. I even had an interview at the their office in Chicago the first week I moved there. It went well, but they never contacted me after that, even after I emailed two employees I worked with. It might not have the same perks as some of the BIG NAMES, but time off is flexible, working from home is flexible and hours are flexible. The company doesn't take the time to invest in employees and there is not room to grow. The descriptions of the job you are interviewing for and the job that you are here to complete is not always the same path, so ask a lot of questions when interviewing.
