The work is not hard, but the extra work involved is way too much to be asking of part-time employees. A lot of critiquing almost to the point were you doubt you know how to actually do the job. The culture is okay, although there is not much if any advancement. That would be fine if there wasn't so many extra lessons, reviews, test, grading, surveys involved.
