One partner over analyzes everything and comes up with crazy ideas for you to do that always change. You will be making progress on one thing, then they want you to drop it and do something else. THEN, they will blame you for getting no where on the original task. The second partner thinks he is some kind of marketing genius and is extremely passive aggressive. Long story short, you will be underpaid, over worked, disrespected and have ZERO chance to grow. This is a toxic work environment. Regarding their members, they are quick to screw over them over if something better comes along (ex. If you have a party booked there, they will cancel it if something more profitable comes in for that exact date/time). They will not refund you money if you cancel your membership at the last minute. I have reach out regarding being paid for my work six times over the course of a month and change, first four times I received no response, eventually I received two short responses with claims of a check being in the mail.
