Good product, bad working conditions...

- Most colleagues are nice
- Interesting products
|
- They've fired over 200 people last year.
- Current employees have to do the job of those who left + their own job.
- They replace employees with interns.
- Employees who weren't fired are leaving (two people quitting per week min.)
- Remaining employees have too much on their plates and are close to a burn out.
- Very little collaboration. Working with other departments can quickly be your worst nightmare.
- It's common knowledge that if the CEO doesn't like you, he will publicly let you know and on multiple occasions. He'll also come up with random rules whenever he feels like it.
- Salaries are below average.
- They've stopped getting employees fruit baskets to "make it clear that now their jobs is at risk".
