Good work/life balance and helpful work environment. When out doing field work, the company would pay for the gas of your trip which was nice. Great opportunity to grow.

It sometimes felt like I was in the office for over 8 hours a day, but other days days I would be able to leave earlier. It was hard to tell when I would be there til.

Pretty good place for a few years if you're not overly ambitious.

Very nice coworkers, family atmosphere. Not overly formal office. Sponsored functions are great (e.g. baseball games, picnics, etc.). Pay is not the best at lower levels but ok.
|
Small company so upward mobility is limited. A bit nepotistic environment. Certain employees/roles have a heavy workload, while a few others freeload. Very top-heavy company. Some smart people at the company but not too many educated in business and have particularly great management skills.

Great company to work for....small and private company.
|

Small company, busy office, great health insurance plans, as company pays most towards insurance premium and possible bonus may be offered. Also, this company watches out for the employees and tries their best to make sure the employee is having a good experience.

There really aren't any cons of working for this company. The only con would be if you do not like working for a small, private company.
