The culture at Parsus is very positive and shares my personal values. It is small company that works on big projects using a variety of technologies. Every project I have worked on has been completed different, interesting and challenged my skills as a developer. We work with a variety of clients from small, locally-owned businesses to government agencies and large, national organizations. There is a strong emphasis on working smarter, not harder. Because Parsus is a small, boutique company, all roles are equally important and work in unison to complete the task at hand for our clients. Also, the size of Parsus means that we are a tight-knit group of people that support one other both inside and outside of the office. More often than not, most staff stay with Parsus because of the reason's listed above plus the owner's emphasis on health, wellness and maintaining a work/life balance. I've been with Parsus for over 6+ years and have enjoyed watching the business grow to what it is today thanks in part to the owners, my coworkers and our awesome clients. G and Rahul have given me challenging yet rewarding tasks in both the business and development side of work. I have been able to enhance my business skills with hands-on experience writing proposals, meeting with clients, working on individual projects, and even touched upon some software development aspects. Not a day goes by where I don't learn something new. Everyone here is eager to help out and happy to do so. The people, projects, and environment make Parsus a wonderful place to work. If you like to be a consultant without the hassle of being a consultant (taxes, lack of vacations, constantly looking for more jobs), then you will appreciate this place of work. The pay is excellent. Staff is great to work with. Hours are flexible, and dress attire is perfect for the Arizona climate (shorts are definitely not frowned on). All in all, this is a fantastic place to work. Parsus is a great all around company. Because of it's size, it cannot be as competitive with its benefits.
