The work and work/ life balance were pretty solid at P+N, but the managers can be very condescending at times. I enjoyed working there until I was laid off recently. None of the employees who were laid off knew it was coming and we were only given 2 weeks pay in a severance package. If we had been warned that lay offs were coming, we could have been prepared. Blindsiding your employees like this is not a good look at all, so if you're a new hire, make sure you keep your resume updated and put money in your savings.

The coworkers themselves are great. But we are over worked and underpaid and the HR and senior management don’t seem to fully comprehend what proper compensation is. Even after having multiple employees leave the agency.

They do not pay you nearly enough for your hard work. The work is alright with frustrating clients. I'm sure it's an ok place to transfer into as a senior position, but as an entry level you will barely make enough to live. The people are the only real redeeming quality.

Solid Experience

Solid experience working with PN. Enjoyed the people and opportunity I had there. It's a big company and growing so there's always going to be politics to work around, but overall the company is a great place to work with a lot of driven people.
