P4cd offers its Partners a full package of training and post-training interventions.The modular package includes the following elements:
1 - Assessing the continuing education and professional development needs of specific country audiences .
2 - Assessing with ICT partners ( international and country-based) the potential for digital connectivity needed to reach audiences in rural communities and costing out the assured access of a defined ‘virtual community’.
3 - Defining a 2-year curriculum of learning interactions: self-paced learning, combined with moderated peer to peer exchanges and periodic face to face meetings. Meetings may be scheduled as in–country short seminars and when the available technology allows, web-based videoconferences.
4- Aggregating pertinent materials in the appropriate formats given the needs and audiences to be reached.
Materials to be brought together, either in their original form or modified with authorization from original owners, will be made available without charge as Resources for the sector gateways on the Online Community website.
