Awful hours and even worse management

Awful hours that are mandatory and management is not understanding nor compromising. The pay is not bad. They have pretty good benefits and discounts. No bonuses on holidays just maybe a jacket or some other company logo accessory.

But patrons can be difficult at some point love working the overnight shift plus I get to see a lot of beauty faces everyday

The company trains you to deal, but practice makes perfect. Management plays favorites which is to be expected when you have 500+ coworkers. The job itself is not difficult. The players and constant harassment make it difficult.

Lets just say they dont care about their dealers and you have to kiss up to get higherups to like you. Also, after the reopening from the pandemic, they really showed their true colors. Not enforcing social distancing (especially in the back of the house) and messing around with our schedules/not letting us switch our days or give days away like we could before. Could go on and on. Also, everybody needs to be in your business, uts annoying.

Some amazing people and first class equipment and support

I enjoyed my time at Parx casino. I was there when it first opened m, we where always expanding and sky was the limit. Fellow workers where very professional and helpful m. I attained my MBA while working there and my bosses helped me with data for several papers. I would recommend Parx to anyone willing to work hard and be as professional as possible.

Ok for a part time/second job
|
I liked how it was always busy and the tips were great. I enjoyed some customers got cursed out by some because they were loosing. Some managers are awesome where some are not. I didn’t mind the hours because night shift was perfect for me. I was part time if you want to be full time it’s possible but won’t happen right away. I like how I could pick up and give away shifts easily online.
