The Worst Leadership in India...Stay Away!

1. Good colleugees and co-workers
2. Company is growing rapidly and no end in near sight

1.Leadership is not held accountable. If the managers has good relation with you, then you will be fine. If you have integrity, morals, values and don't play the political game, you are not respected. Hard work gets you no where with this company.
2. India Team has managers without Management Skills and Qualifications some favorites even don't have relevant qualifications and experience even linkedin profile created after they joined this company.
To hide blunders of that favorites,
i. Employees getting forced/harrased to do verbal communication rather than in mail
ii. Dotted line mamagers are not allowed to be in any communication or mail by solid line managers which affects company's core values of openness and transparency
3. Highly micro-managed environment where every single thing you do is analyzed and scrutinized
4. Managers creating fake meetings to show of their work but always cancel it just after meeting reminder.
5. Lack of communication across departments or trust to work as a team between India-USA because of Single Point of Contact
6. Monitoring your every move on emails, whatsapp, websites, in person surveillance
