The technologies we used and the product was really interesting. I learned a lot from my colleagues and from the projects I made.

The direction of the company is blurry in its focus. You'll never know where you are going to be in 5 days. You could be working in a project indefinitely and not being able to achieve anything because of the constantly changing requirements or even try to make a full project in just one day with no definitions at all, yes, you read well.
The salaries were paid in cash for some months, and those paid by transfer always arrived late or in the last days of the first month's week. Even if it is possible for the company to do so (pay in cash) it is really incredible that nowadays someone has to carry a full month of cash in your backpack to get it into your bank account, it was really stressful.
The managers of the company did know about the lack of organization in the company, yet they didn't do anything to solve it.
Regarding the managing of the crisis during the COVID-19 outbreak: lack of transparency, lots of lies (instead of admitting that they were not informed enough) and a tension that was unbearable for any employee.
They'll point at you or your colleagues and blame you if you ask for your salary but still ask you to be part of an 'us' that is breaking apart.

Do NOT work here if you want to get paid every month. This company harasses and micromanages employees to no end when they do not meet its unrealistic goals.
The managers of this company are best described as 'Beasts from the East', their job seems to be making people's lives more difficult, and they can't speak Spanish, Catalan or even English properly after many years in the country.
This company pressures its dozens of unpaid interns to post fake reviews on Glassdoor.
Passnfly is everything that is wrong with the awful Spanish job market. Its German CEO carries himself like Donald Trump but he has no business skills whatsoever.

Nice for starter business students

If you are looking for an internship that lets you try a bit of everything, and nice working environment (the office, the people, the culture), then this is a great place to start.
I am a half-business bachelor in my 3rd year, and due to a less strong business background, it was adantageous of me to choose here, and get a taste of tasks as an operations worker.
Another thing that is good is the chill culture here, so you can have no fear to voice out what problem you face, what project you want to help with, and even questions about a project regime (which would have come off as challenging authority), as long as it makes sense.
I read glassdoors review before I accepted the internship offer, so I got in with a half skeptical mind whether I made the right decision or not. But what I see with my own eyes tells a different story. I guess that difference depends on whether you´re sure what you want to achieve in the internship, and whether you have the guts to be ambitious and ask for a greater challenge. And of course, you can ask for help and guidance with no hard feelings, which I think is a treasured company culture to have as a newbie. No pressure.
The culture is completely casual, so you tend to warm up to people quite fast. They also frequently host events that help newcomers and old-timers integrate. I felt like I´d been working here since forever, even thought I was here for 2 months only.
So I´m writing this to do justice to this company, in return for the blessings I received while working here.

Admittingly, I spent quite some time on routine manual work on a daily basis, which could be a nice mental meditation opportunity early in the morning (lol). The technology is still under development phase, so if action is what you are looking for (fixing bugs, managing databases etc), the IT department would be more exciting.
As an operations intern, we deal with externals and productivity a lot, so unless you plan for a longer internship period (+4 months), you may (at most) work with productivity analysis.
Again, it´s less likely you´ll get very challenging tasks right off the bat, but I would suggest to speak out during the daily meetings, as we get to know what others are doing, and say our thoughts on the matter. Opportunity doesn´t get sent to your desk much, unless you ask for one specifically yourself. And if you don´t pay attention to what is going on, you don´t know what to ask for.

I do hope my full potential could be utilized here, but I´ll make do with what I learnt here. At times I am not as motivated to do non-challenging work, and I despise myself for that, but I do understand that supporting daily operations of the company is just as necessary, it is simply part of the daily tasks in operations.
An intern remains humble to learn, and it is until you are a full-timer that you give it all you got, and be fully devolted to that one company that values you the most.
I got the learning experience I need, so it is fair enough for me.
