|
If you are great at your job, everyone notices it. If you make mistakes, the company feels it. Some really amazing people work here. Perks: flexible hours and dogs at the office. There's also some really amazing women in management. The CEO is also amazing. Decent job security and low turnover.

Executives speak exactly how they feel at times, which can be brutally honest. 401k plan could be better with match.

My co-workers are hard working rock stars. Products are great. We have multiple investors so we are able to cover most of the hard money product types. Company is willing to train people with the right attitude up to higher positions or authority.

Incredible office culture, flexible work schedule, and a "work hard play hard" mentality. Executives have an open door policy and very approachable. There is ample potential for growth within the company as the staff is growing seemingly daily.

Weak leadership team, low pay, no promotional opportunities

Decent product, if they could figure it out. Many of their loans go into default, are delayed, refinanced, etc. So, not even knowledgable staff at the leadership level. Nobody has a background in hard money.
|
Very slim staff, so everyone was overworked and underpaid for what they were doing. The company has been around for nearly four years, and I have never known anyone to get promoted. Very low pay compared to market.
