It’s alright.

I liked working here when I first started. But the place is full of drama and the managers take forever to respond. Shifts are always short staffed especially the weekend shifts.

Terrible management
|
Management is terrible,they bring in new people and do not train them so you're doing the work of three people but only getting paid for one. There's constantly fights between coworkers and management will egg it on and trash talk employees with them. They hire shift leaders and do not train them. Then get upset when the shift isn't ran right. They hire staff who are unwilling to do the job. They play favorites. Just a terrible working environment. They get rid of all the good employees all the good managers, and keep all the bad employees because they brought them on at a lower wage. House manager acts like she's afraid to tell anyone anything and has no backbone.

I've worked here for several years (10+) New hires come in making well over what older, loyal employees makes. They are also not held to the same standard. They aren't expected to provide the same work, nor held accountable for work not completed.

love the people but they don’t love us

love the opportunity to learn and to grow as a person, but that becomes difficult when management doesnt listen and overshadow you. feels like I don’t have a voice and they think they know better when they don’t even work with patients.

They micromanage everything and everyone and you’ll have 5 people telling you to do five different things at the same time. They are never happy with the work you do and the company is really just in it for the money. I feel like they don’t care about patients or staff. The pay is very low.
