Labs are equipped with the best technology. IT and maintenance are fast and effective. Supply and Inventory is fast and responsive. Excellent lab managers and staff.

Two LIS systems have to match exactly in all fields or reports don't get released. Upper management is isolated from lab personnel. Lots of favoritism by upper management.

Flexible schedule; the work load is not bad for the Molecular Dept but heavy in the Clinical Dept.
|
Some have a lot of work, while others have time to spend on the internet/smart phones. The company is top heavy and the upper management makes a lot of money comparing to the worker bees. The upper management does not seem to care about the worker bees. No raise for the last 3 years.

Reduce the numbers of VP's and their salaries. Most of them only work 4 days per week anyway. Do not allow them and the sales rep to stay at expensive hotels or take unnecessary trips. Most use "sales trips" to visit their families.

Also consider the reactions of bringing in the failures of other companies to be the leader of yours. Please provide leadership training to your Senior Executive VP of Sales he could be more productive with training advancement instead of title promotions.
