The Tuition Reimbursement Program seems unattainable. I understand that many companies are struggling with turnover and staff shortages, but that is not a reason to not fulfill perks that were touted at the time of hiring. It's frustrating to hit a wall of excuses every time I ask for status of my tuition reimbursement. They could REALLY use a course or TWO on cultural and diversity awareness especially seeing as 80% of their staff are POC. Please take this as constructive criticism and add more POC in the support centers, and at the community level.
