Management, every couple months another new owner, never a manager, employees come an go an they hired people that weren’t really for the job, never had any help an always had ten plus residents to my self as I’m doing everything else plus medication

Everybody needs to get on the same page. I understand that many companies are struggling with turnover and staff shortages, but that is not a reason to not fulfill perks that were touted at the time of hiring. It's frustrating to hit a wall of excuses every time I ask for status of my tuition reimbursement. I've heard others say that they couldn't get it and so they gave up waiting and moved on to another company.

The micro aggressions and racial undertones SCREAM in this company. They could REALLY use a course or TWO on cultural and diversity awareness especially seeing as 80% of their staff are POC. Please take this as constructive criticism and add more POC in the support centers, and at the community level. The turnover rate may minimize if there were more people who have or had some of the same plights as staff because they would be more empathetic thus more caring in turn creating a culture of people who really reflect your internal “brand and mission”
